This is a small apart about 600 square feet.
This can also be used for a bigger apartment for a semi-deep cleaning or basic cleaning. More time can be added to this package if it is necessary.
Deep Cleaning:
Making bed, cleaning inside microwave, load dishwasher, cleaning inside and outside cupboards and surfaces. Cleaning inside and outside fridge and inside and outside oven. Cleaning baseboards and window and window sills, moving furniture, removing all items off cupboards and items off all furniture clean and returned. Removing all items from bathroom clean and scrub corners, walls, tub, inside cabinet if necessary and washing all floors. It also includes dusting picture and blinds but blinds must be requested separately. A thorough cleaning of the entire apartment making it shiny and look almost like new
Please note this is an estimated time and cleaning may take longer than suggested if the areas are bigger than estimated. Homes that needs organizing and de-clutter may take longer. Additionally, apartments with animals and apartment that have not been cleaned for a long time which may need an intensive cleaning may need more time and the cost may be subjected to change.
Terms and conditions:
We must be notified forty eight hours (48) before arrival of cancellation. Should you cancel later than forty eight hours (48 hrs.) fifty percent (50%) of the cost will be forfeited. If you cancel when the cleaner arrives or if no one is available when the cleaner arrives one hundred percent (100%) of the deposit will be forfeited. Changing the arrival time must be done twenty four (24) before the cleaner arrives. If you choose to change the arrival time later than 24 hours a twenty five (25%) fee may be charged. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, complaint must be made within twenty four (24) hours of cleaning. The same cleaner will return with or without manager to address areas of dispute.
If you decide to cancel your cleaning or cleaning package for any reason, please allow at least 2 weeks for your deposit to be return to your account.
We have a policy against cleaning or washing walls. We do not wash walls unless ask. In any case you insist of asking us to do it and the paint fade or strip we will not be liable and responsible for any damages. Purchasing this package you will agree that any damage such as paint stripping or color changes from washing walls will not be the responsibility of the company and thereof.
Similarly for extremely dirty wooden floors. If the floors are extremely dirty and need washing to be clean. You have the option of not getting the floors completely clean. If you insist of us washing the floors for it to be completely cleaned and it becomes discolored or warped, we will not be responsible for the damages. These are extremely rare cases but we reserve the right if necessary.
